* Unlike [telegram-group-channel-management-bot](https://docs.nextcli.com/en/cloud/telegram-bot/telegram-group-channel-management-bot "mention") and [telegram-customer-service-bot](https://docs.nextcli.com/en/cloud/telegram-bot/telegram-customer-service-bot "mention") the [cryptocurrency-notification-bot](https://docs.nextcli.com/en/cloud/telegram-bot/cryptocurrency-notification-bot "mention") focuses on monitoring income/outgoing transactions for specified wallet addresses, making reconciliation in daily work easier!
* It also helps avoid issues such as customers transferring **fake/clone tokens**, non‑official **USDT/USDC** contracts, or **photoshopped transfer screenshots**, etc. Only **real, official USDT/USDC** transfers trigger successful transfer notifications!

**How to Use**

1. Add the crypto monitoring bot [@TGHelp](https://t.me/tghelp) to your group.
2. Set the monitoring bot [@TGHelp](https://t.me/tghelp) as a **group administrator**.
3. In [https://Cloud.NextCLi.com](https://cloud.nextcli.com/) user center, [**bind** your Telegram](https://cloud.nextcli.com/account/bind).
4. Open Address Management <https://cloud.nextcli.com/bot/cnb/address>, then add wallet addresses and configure which **Private Chat** or **Group Chat ID** should receive notifications.

**How to get Chat ID or Group ID?**

1. Start a chat with the bot, or use the `/start` or `/id` command to get the current chat ID (for private chat, this is usually your own User ID).
2. Add the crypto monitoring bot into the group and set it as admin — the bot will guide you through the steps and help you obtain the Group ID.

**Why aren’t notifications sent?**

It may be because the group was initially created as a **private group** and later changed to **public**, which can cause a [Telegram Group ID change](https://docs.nextcli.com/cloud/telegram-bot/telegram-customer-service-bot). Re‑acquire the Group ID and update it in the Cloud bot notification channel.
