If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

The Platform provides technical and infrastructure services, which may include but are not limited to:
Cloud infrastructure and computing services
Developer tools, APIs, and automation services
Internet infrastructure services such as domain-related or networking services
Messaging, bot, and application-related technical services
Crypto-related technical services (non-custodial, non-financial)
The Platform provides technology services only and does not operate as a financial institution, payment processor, exchange, broker, custodian, or trustee.
Specific services may be subject to additional terms (“Product Terms”).
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Fees and Payments
Some services may require payment. Pricing, billing methods, and payment options are determined by the Platform and may change from time to time.
Payments made using digital assets or blockchain-based methods are irreversible. The Platform is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Your account activities and credentials
All content, data, applications, bots, services, or transactions you create, deploy, or operate using the Platform
Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and third-party terms
The Platform does not monitor or control user content or activities and assumes no responsibility for them.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or pose security or compliance risks.
Detailed usage restrictions are defined in the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:
Your use poses legal, regulatory, or security risks
You violate these Terms or applicable policies
We are required to do so by law or governmental authority
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
8. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your data. We may collect, use, and retain certain data and logs as necessary to provide services, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the services, content, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
