Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the acceptable and prohibited uses of the services provided by NextCLi (“the Platform”). This AUP forms part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The Platform provides technical infrastructure and developer services. This AUP exists to protect the Platform, its users, and third parties from abuse, legal risk, and security threats.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, services, applications, servers, APIs, or bots.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on or through the Platform.
3.1 Illegal or Fraudulent Activities
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Operating or supporting Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or investment fraud
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
3.2 Gambling and High-Risk Financial Activities
Online gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance involving real-world value
Unlicensed financial services or payment processing
Custody, pooling, or management of user funds on behalf of others
3.3 Spam, Abuse, and Harassment
Bulk unsolicited messaging, spam, or phishing
Malicious automation, bot abuse, or message flooding
Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward individuals or groups
3.4 Malware, Security, and Network Abuse
Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or trojans
Unauthorized access, scanning, probing, or exploitation of systems
DDoS attacks or traffic flooding
Circumventing security measures or rate limits
3.5 Platform and API Abuse
Excessive or abusive API usage beyond permitted limits
Attempts to bypass billing, metering, or usage controls
Reverse engineering or interference with Platform services
3.6 Content and Intellectual Property Violations
Hosting or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights
Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted material, or proprietary content
Distribution of illegal, harmful, or restricted content
3.7 Third-Party Policy Violations
Activities that violate the terms or policies of third-party platforms or services (including but not limited to messaging platforms, blockchain networks, or domain registries)
4. Enforcement and Platform Rights
The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Monitor usage for security, compliance, and risk management
Suspend or terminate services or accounts
Remove or restrict access to content, services, or resources
Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice, where permitted by law.
5. No Circumvention
You may not attempt to evade, bypass, or circumvent any enforcement actions, restrictions, suspensions, or safeguards imposed by the Platform.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you should report it through the official channels provided by the Platform.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
This AUP supplements the Terms of Service and any applicable Product Terms. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
